Using the Overfuel Inventory Management System Watermark Tool

Note: The Overfuel inventory watermark system is not recommended for dealers already utilizing graphics on their inventory photos.

1. Log in to dealers.overfuel.com.
2. Click Inventory.
3. Click Settings.
4. From the Inventory Settings menu, click Merchandising to view your watermarks
5. To add a new watermark, click the Add Watermark button. The Add Watermark menu will appear.
6. Click Select Media next to the Select Image field to upload your watermark. Your watermark must meet the following specifications...
   • File type: PNG
   • Standard sizes: 1600x1200, 1024x768, 800x600, 640x480
7. Select the dealership location in the Select Location field. (dealers with only one location will see their location appear in the dropdown menu)
8. Choose to apply the watermark to one or all photos using the Apply to first photo only field.
9. Adjust the opacity of the image using the Opacity field.
10. Adjust the size of the image using the Scale field.
11. Set the positioning of the watermark on the image using the Position selector.
12. Further adjust the positioning of the watermark in the area you have selected using the Left / Right Offset and Top / Bottom Offset fields.
13. Use the Toggle Preview Images carousel to see your watermark on different example images.
14. Click the Save Watermark button to save your watermark.
15. Click the Delete Watermark button to delete you watermark.
