How do I add or update my Abandoned Form Minutes in Overfuel?

Certain forms available for use within Overfuel may allow for multiple steps before submission to your dealership. The Abandoned Form Minutes field allows you to configure the number of minutes past which a multi-step form that is partially completed will be considered abandoned.

Use the following instructions to update your site’s abandoned form minutes counter within Overfuel.

1. Login to dealers.overfuel.com.
2. From the left-side navigation menu, click Settings.
3. Within the general pane, users can update their Abandoned Form Minutes field. (Overfuel recommends 45 minutes)
4. Click the Save button to apply changes to your abandoned form minutes counter within Overfuel.
