How do I add a new Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)?

1. Login to dealers.overfuel.com.
2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Reusable Content.
3. Click FAQs.

Adding a new FAQ Category

1. Click the Manage Categories button.
2. Click the Add Category button.
3. Enter a name for the group of FAQs in the Category Name field.
4. Note: Overfuel recommends using category names that reflect the type of questions, such as "Loans," "Services," etc. or page names.
5. Click the Save button to add a new category.
6. Click the Go Back button to return to the Manage Categories screen.

Adding a new FAQ

1. Click the Add New FAQ button.
2. Enter the question in to the Question Title field.
3. Select the category the question is to be grouped with using the Category field.
4. Enter the response to the question in the Answer text editor field.
5. Click the Save button to add the FAQ to Overfuel.
6. Click the Go Back button to return to FAQs screen.

Editing an existing FAQ

1. Click the Edit button displayed beneath the existing FAQ.
2. Apply the updates to the FAQ and click the Save button.
3. Click the Go Back button to return to FAQs screen.

Deleting an existing FAQ

1. Click the Trash button displayed beneath the existing FAQ.
2. You will be prompted to confirm you wish to delete the FAQ. Confirm if you wish to proceed with removing the FAQ from your Overfuel account.
