How do I manually add a new Customer Review?
(note: these instructions do not apply to reviews that are automatically fed in to the system from Google)
- Login to dealers.overfuel.com.
- From the left-hand navigation menu, click Reusable Content.
- Click Customer Reviews.
Adding a new Customer Review Category
- Click the Manage Categories button.
- Click the Add Category button.
- Enter a name for the group of Customer Reviews in the Category Name field.
- Note: Overfuel recommends using category names reflect the type of questions, such as the names of pages they will be used on.
- Click the Save button to add a new category.
- Click the Go Back button to return to the Manage Categories screen.
Adding a new Customer Review
- Click the Add New Review button. The following fields will be available:
- Reviewer Name
- Review Headline - A field allowing you to enter a brief review headline
- Category
- Review Photo URL - Allows users to associate a photo from the Overfuel Media Library with the Customer Review
- Review Content - A field to enter the text of the review
- Click the Save button to add the Customer Review to Overfuel.
- Click the Go Back button to return to Customer Reviews screen.
Editing an existing Customer Review
- Click the Edit button displayed beneath the existing Customer Review.
- Apply the updates to the Customer Review and click the Save button.
- Click the Go Back button to return to Customer Reviews screen.
Deleting an existing Customer Review
- Click the Trash button displayed beneath the existing Customer Review.
- You will be prompted to confirm you wish to delete the Customer Review. Confirm if you wish to proceed with removing the Customer Review from your Overfuel account.
